as any curious wrestling addict would do I did my research and from what I have read this website is a great informational bit on wrestling. It has a lot of good philosophy's on all aspects of wrestling. A lot of the information I see has been stuff that has been preached to me by Fargo Coaches, Purler Sessions, Oklahoma State's staff, Lee Kemp's physcology of winning wrestling cd's. I have talked to a lot of people about what it takes to become a champion and this is all very good stuff. Check it out if you guys don't mind.
