This program is intended for any age. We cover basics in our drilling. I am a firm believer that a solid base wins matches. Look at the NCAA and Olympics you win from singles, doubles, high crotches. In addition, we focus on consistent movement and focus during practice. We had 2 8 and under kiddos in the room today and they were able to hold up with a couple of our state champs in the room. Steel sharpens steel. We are all about building the next generation.

It's not too late to get a jumpstart on your competition this fall. We have plenty of room left. We have kids from 8-18 in the room and a variety of sizes. 2 of the kids that are in the room are on the top of the kansas youth ratings in the below article:
http://youth1.com/index.php/wrestling-headlines/9149-frame-leads-talented-group-of-kansas-wrestlers

Champions don't stay complacent they continue to build and get stronger. Steel sharpens steel. Learn from some of the best kids in the state. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a national champion everyone in the room gets better from one another. 6:30 tonight at Saint James Academy
