I thought the forms were accessible from the KWCA home page but can not find them. Where do I go to submit my kids for KWCA academic all state, also is there an "application" process for senior classic, or do they just go down the list of senior state champions and finalists etc. and invite those guys until they get a line-up.

As far as the senior classic goes, the KWCA Board will meet Sunday for the selection. Your athlete should have filled out a "brag" sheet for the state finals. In that sheet the information needed to contact him should have been included for contact purposes. The class reps were supposed to pick up the "brag" sheets at the end of the tournament for the selection process. Please let me know if you need anything else.
