Great video Mr.Juby. I personally prefer Freestyle and Greco over Folkstyle. Wrestlers, if you want to see improvement in your Folkstyle wrestling then give freestyle and Greco a try.

I personally believe FS/GR is essential in improving for the Folkstyle season. I have seen major gains in many kids that do freestyle and Greco. If your interested in getting involved in western Kansas give me a call 620-789-4655. I'll be posting more information after high school season is over.

Greco helped me alot with my wrestling style since i wasn't much of a shooter to begin with.

Top Notch video ... as Jason Bryant said, there is a significant statistical advantage to FS/GR helping Folkstyle!
