Yes Clay Center tournaments wouldn't be the same without Abilene and some Wuthnows! I would like to thank everyone for coming up to our tournament. We started early and most wrestlers were done by 1-2. We gave out custom medals with places engraved on them and their was no line to wait in either. Leanna Grater and Danny Grater have a lot of experience throwing wrestling tournaments and they run a good tournament. We also raised some money to help with travel expenses for a couple of local wrestling kids that have to travel to Kansas City weekly for chemo treatments. Thank you guys for your generous donations. Also thanks to Clay Center High School and the wrestling program for the gym and wrestling mats. Nothing like hosting a tournament and seeing all the 4A State Champs banners hanging on the walls!
