Just spent the better part of 2 days coaching the boys wrestling in Lindsborg... and there's not a better spot than Smoky Valley. Their hospitality room was fantastic! Even at the end of the 2nd day the SV crew were still tending to the room and making sure the refs, coaches, and table workers had all they needed. Cinnamon rolls, always fresh tea & coffee, homemade chips chased with homemade salsa, fresh veggies, and much more. Most amazingly a greeting with a smile up to the end. Nicely done!!

THANK YOU!

I agree with Salt. 4 thumbs up(including my 2 big toes) The Smoky Valley Wrestling Club seems to know what is going on running a well oiled tough wrestling tournament 2 days in a row with a triple A rated hospitality room for the coaches and table workers. Starting with breakfast in the morning of biscuits and gravy to the munchies of cookies, brownies, chex mix, homemade fried flour tortilla chips with homemade salsa, and so on to the smothered burritos that they provided for lunch they were crazy good. Someone told me that the meat in the smothered sauce was pork roast. It was very tender and the sauce tha it was in was unforgettable. Thank you Smoky Valley for 2 action packed days of tough wrestling and great food we will be back next year. If you haven't been to the west subdistrict 3 or middle school state championship tournaments you should plan to be there next year especially if you are a coach get in to the hospitality room.
You know what I am saying!
