What does a tournament need in order to be an actual "NATIONAL" tournament? If the majority of the brackets have 3 or more different states in them, and its been around for awhile, is it a National? What do you think?
I dont think you can call a tournament that has kids from different states a national tournament. Otherwise Salina, Wichita, Hays, and some of the KC tournaments would all be considered National Tournaments.I know Scott Edwards put in some leg work to get Gun Smoke considered a National Tournament.
Just because a tournament director stamps NATIONAL on the flyer doesn't mean its a National. I'm not gonna go to work and tell all my coworkers that my kid is a National champ because he won Gun Smoke. Bragging rights for grandparents..... What does a tournament need to be an actual National?
