The Wichita Blue Knights will start pre season practice for 6 thru 20 yr old wrestlers. We will go from October 3 to the start of high school season for high schoolers. For kids we will go from October 3rd thru the entire season, if you choose to join the team. We will keep the team to about 50 wrestlers to keep the coach to wrestle ratio at 1 coach to 5 wrestlers at the most. This is a good way to check out what we have to offer and to see the facility that you will practice at. The cost is 35.00 for the USAWKS card unless you have already purchased one this year. Team dues for the pre season are 35.00. If you choose to become a Blue Knight, the 35.00 will be applied to your season team dues for the year. Times for practice is 6 to 8 pm Mon., Tue. and Thur. drilling, situation wrestling. Muscle building and cardio work outs to get you in the best shape that you can be in before the season starts.
