We are having difficulties raising money for our club. We have sold value cards, and had a raffle. Does anybody have any new ideas that have worked for them that might work for us.
Thanks
Rhonda

Your best fundraiser is a tournament. For a new club this may be difficult, but possibly start with a novice. Usually other clubs close to yours will help get you started, I know we have helped other clubs.

We have done several different money making projects. They include selling insulated "Tiger" mugs, food stands at various community events and auctions, a dunk tank where the coaches sat on the "firing line", and our annual invitational tournament. Feel free to email at gratergr@kansas.net if you want to discuss them more.

FundaTeam is a good program. Our club used their help last year and are again using them this year. Contact either Gonz Medina at: gmedina@fundateam.com or Jason Heslop at: jheslop@fundateam.com
Hope this helps, Brett Shoffner

I don't know where you are in Kansas, but our club raised over $15,000 this past summer in 3 weekends. We worked at the new NASCAR Speedway in Kansas City, KS. The people at the speedway have been very nice to the few clubs that have been there. You earn a portion of the profits of the items you sell. We had a great time getting together as parents, selling & watching the races. On top of that there was no storing of products, fighting to get money from people all over, no halling the kids all over tim buck two to deliver products that no one really wants, no pestering people or making them feel guilty about ordering. And we as parents got to know each other better to form a more socialable club WITHOUT CLICKS!!!!! So if this sound good to you just call the Kansas Speedway.

Little Caesars has a good fundraiser, you sell refrigerated pizza kits, crazy bread kits, etc. and you make $5 per unit sold. People really like them, and almost everyone I've sold to asks when we will be selling them again. You can check it out at http://www.pizzakits.com. Good luck!
