COWLEY COLLEGE WRESTLING ANNOUNCES FREESTYLE & GRECO SUMMER WORKOUTS...With the programs inagural year under its belt, the Cowley Wrestling program announced that they will follow up their inaugural season with their first summer Freestyle/Greco club team, under the name "C4WRESTLING". This summer program will start April 15th, 2018 at 6:30 pm in the Cowley Wrestling room located on the campus of Cowley College in Arkansas City, KS. Practices will be Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:30 to 7:30 pm and will consist of Freestyle and Greco for the first part of the summer, tentaviley through mid July (Fargo) and then transition back into Folkstyle for the second leg of the summer to get ready for next year's Folkstyle season. We will have structured drills and workouts with varying coaches and styles, as well as one on one coaching on certain aspects of each wrestlers skill set. The C4WRESTLING club will be open to any USA Wrestling card holder, and to those who are interested in improving their fundamental skills and technique with the consitency and discipline that is required to get the best end result for any level of wrestler. We want to focus on the areas that are going to help our wrestlers perform at their best, at the right time, as well as learning to be disciplined in their drilling habits in all the areas of their wrestling. The cost for the first part of summer will be $70/wrestler, and the second part $70/wrestler and both will come with T-shirt and will require USA card.
