Olathe USD 233 has informed us that they are canceling all weekend events in all Olathe school buildings. (and Blue Valley and Shawnee Mission have done the same thing apparently). As such we have been told that we are unable to use the building this weekend to host our tournament. We had hoped they would wait until later tomorrow afternoon/evening to make that call(and let the weather develop) but they didn't take our advice. As such we apologize.
A possible make up is still in discussion. I have no info at this moment about that.

Thanks for the question. There aren't refunds to be issued. We haven't ever taken money over Track. The clubs always each bring a check the day of the tournament. As such, we never received any checks this year. If you actually paid your club then please talk to them because they still have your money !
