On Tuesday #1 Derby, #2 Manhattan, and #3 Washburn Rural will all in the same gym for a triangular. This is the first time in my 8 years at Rural I can remember seeing the top three teams facing off in a dual format on the same night. For those of you who have been around longer than I...has this ever happened before? Should be an electric environment!!

Round 1 (begins at 4:30): Manhattan vs. Rural
Round 2: Derby vs. Rural
Round 3: Derby vs. Manhattan

The fact that girls are forced to wrestle at state in the middle of the week is laughably sexist.

Apparently mother nature hates elite-level wrestling. The Derby duals for tonight have been cancelled due to weather conditions. No word yet on a possible make-up.

The fact that girls are forced to wrestle at state in the middle of the week is laughably sexist.
