Congrats to my brother, Darick Jones. He took 5th this weekend at 10 and under 120. Didn't do as well as he wanted but you can't always win.

Also congrats to my little buddies Nathan Furches and Ethan Bates. Nathan wrestled great when it mattered the most and won it all again. And although Ethan didn't do as well as he wanted too, he's come a long way from where he was at this time last year.

Also congrats to the 11 NW Junior Grizzlies who wrestled at state, and the 5 that placed.

curtis your not only a great wrestler but a great coach to a lot of kids so you have that when wrestling is finally done for you

Loyal friend too, and I got a great story on him from this past weekend. We were walking the halls in the Ramada to take the elevator on the 3rd floor down to the lobby one day. This kid looks at us and hits a dead on sprint. Next thing you know as a group is huddled around the elevator the kid keeps hitting his dad and points to Curtis and says, "DAD DAD DAD...That's the CHAMP!"

Curtis later told me that he thought being a National Champion might have just sunk in at that moment!

Wat was your guys room number cause i was also on the 3rd floor.
