Our moderaters have now moved these great forums from the terribly oppressive to downright communistic. They have no longer allowed us to discuss what we believe is important to the world of wrestling. It all started with the banning of the legendary Jhris Cennings. (Though it's rumored that he squeaks past the steely gates now and then to grace us with his presence)and was followed by the deletion of many threads. I fear that Prant may be next, followed possibly by Dingbat, or LancerM. Then came the deletion of threads. Oddly enough this comes at nearly the same time as the 60th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz. Prehaps this is a clue that in fact our moderators are attempting to create a Hitleristic Society. Banning freedom of speech, and anyone they don't like, they just get rid of them. And we just sit back and say "It's not us so why care". That's what many people said during the war too. Then they came after them too. Kinda scary to think that...

I seemed to miss the part where the moderators had ordered all Jewish people to "register" then sent them on trains, while making them wear yellow stars and burning Jewish literature.

Poor kids, perhaps you weren't paying attention in Governament class when they told you the freedom of speech and the 1st amendment are not absolute, the same reason you can't curse in school, the same reason you can't say you are going to kill the president, and why slander and libel are both illegal.

I think it's a little absurd to compare the moderators on this forum to Hitler. A more accurate and appropriate comparison would be either former attorney general John Ashcroft or just general meanie-heads.
And if this post is in regards to the Lent Brane thread, I went ahead and deleted it. The coaches were going a little insano-in-the-braino, and I figured I'd adhere to the whole 'innocent until proven guilty' thing. (Not saying I agree with a moderator or condone his actions.)
So there you go. And you're all invited to my State of the Union Party tomorrow night. It should be pretty hot.

Fellows, I am a moderator and try to give a great deal of liberty, even participate in the fun, especially here on the high school forum. All of that being said I believe you could have made this post and at the same time shown more respect to an appreciation of Jewish history and events. Frankly, there are many who will read this thread and be offended at the lack of sensitivity for the thousands of Jews who were murdered at places like Auschwitz. As Prince Harry recently found out, there are some things that are beyond joking about, making inappropriate comparisons to Hitler and a lack of understanding of Jewish history is one of them. To be honest, while I appreciate the topic of discussion (at least the intent of the moderators role), I for one am offended by the comparisons being used and would have deleted this post as soon as I saw it with some level of education about communism and Jewish History to the one making the original post.
By the way, Hitler was not a communist so the comparison of Hitler and communism is inappropriate.
Last note, Prant, great post and respected. Your comparison would have been fine.

Communism is not a government structure or a type of government authority, but rather an economic system. I believe that the term that you are looking for is Authoritarian, which could mean that this forum is controlled by a dictatorship, or in an extreme case, totalitarian control. People very often use the term communism incorrectly. Sorry for correcting you, but it is a bad habit I have as a teacher.

It must really bother some of you that the only reason that this post is still on here is because the moderators have allowed it to be.
In fact, with these omnipotent powers, you shoud probably all worship the moderators, rather than persecute them.

The PSM wishes that from now on all omnipotent powers would spell it s-h-o-u-l-d.
