thats pretty impressive for carroll to go down to a oklahoma tourney and place top 3. i dont think theres too many kansas teams that could do that. by the way, who did sponsel lose to?

Sponsel i believe lost to the #1 ranked wrestler in the country outta Ponca City, i can't think of his name, but he's a stud

The wrestlers name from Ponca City, Okla. who Sponsel lost to in the finals is Jared Rosholt.

Rosholt signed with Oklahoma State University in the early signing period and is the younger brother of current O.S.U. wrestler Jake Rosholt, a NCAA Champion as a freshman and a third place winner last year as a sophomore.
