Former Valley Center wrestler Pat Miller is one of the captured American POW's. He was part of a maintaince convoy that was captured in Iraq. Four members of his squad were killed and he was one of seven that were captured and interviewed by Iraqi soldiers.

Pat was a state placer in 1998 his senior year. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers until his release.

Pat is a tough kid, if anyone has the stuff to be ok through that he does. God bless him and prayers from the wrestling community will help.

Coach Shelton, thanks and no thanks for the news. I am eternally grateful to those like Pat Miller who are in harms way so that we can hopefully feel safe from tyrants. You bet I'll pray for his safety. Should you hear more that isn't on the news, please let us know and make it a happy ending.

Guys, you've had it wrong all these years, send your wife in to cry about junior being overweight (As long as your in District 1).
