Be sure to practice you're strut. If you're going to be good, you're going to have to learn how to strut. If you're fat, you must learn the fat man jog for when you win a match. This move has been perfected by Damon Parker, passed down through his brother, and then finally to me. So, if you want to be as good as us, learn it, live it.

If you don't change that avatar my good man, you will take some lumps yourself. Pick the baby that ifeelfat uses, he loves it when people have the same avatar as him.

Everyone took lumps as a freshman...(Except for an elite few) stick with it through the tough times and by the time you are a senior you will get to pound people left and right.

I can't believe no one suggested that an incoming freshman should learn proper spelling, especially of such basic words ... PSM, PSM, PSM!
Are you making a POSITIVE difference in the life of kids?

If you don't set another school's record for fastest pin (you being the one pinned), you did better than me!
If you lost out fast in a tournament, use cheesy pick-up lines on opposing schools' cheerleaders. It's fun!
If there is a guy who beats you a lot pretty quickly, try something REALLY crazy right as the ref blows the whistle (headlock, bearhug, etc.). It probably won't work, but at least you tried something!
When you discover who you are wrestling and everyone kinda clams up and tells you "oh... you'll do allright," it's probably a sign you're wrestling a REALLY REALLY good wrestler.
And probably most importantly.
Unless you are a freak of nature, you WILL lose. You may lose a few, you may lose a lot. In any event, don't get down! It's important to remember that progress is important. Stick with it and you will excell.

Starting today run every day. Lift weights every day. Freestyle and greco this summer seek the toughest competition you can get, in the practice room and tounaments. Go to as many camps as you can. Train as hard as you can. And although getting beat happens to everyone always expect to win and don't be intimidated by anyone.

pups4ever is like a lot of hi school uper classman they are head and arms better, well wrestlers i think you should take a good look at scott elliott. hes one of a great group of fresman to take on a good group of uper classman and win hi school state at 135. there were a lot of wrestlers to go to state there first year in hi school and i think there will be a lot this year. ten years ago this was not true but the kids wrestling has done such a good job that its a lot diffent now. so pups4ever call scott elliott up and tell him thanks for being a great wrestler and try and not run your mouth about the new kids in hi school this comming year they might make the team your on better a lot better.
