I'm starting to get frustrated about it. I have eaten more than I have all year, I mean gorge myself on fat food, and I haven't gained any weight...I believe I have lost a pound.

Do something...act stupid.

Dingbat, though out of wrestling for a few years now, has gained 5000 pounds since the end of season.

But that's just because he's a fatty.

PS--Fatbat, how'd your prodigy do in MO?

Markham from Topeka is fat. He eats cheddar dogs from Kwik Shop for breakfast, a 4DF (a big burger) from Larry's Shortstop and washes it down with a Mountain Dew. I don't know what he eats at home though.

Oh wait, are we talking about wrestlers gaining weight? Markham's just a coach that gains weight.

My bad.

I wrestled 103. Maxed at 123, currently stable at 118, but cutting to 110 for kids.

Justin is by far the fattest.

JBroadbent:

You are catching up with me, look out!!

I think Nathan has only gained 2 pounds while eating a steady stream of Krispy Kreme.

The key is to eat everything! Including the low fat stuff you may have left over from wrestling season. Also, eat whenever you can. Don't think about how full you might be but think about all those times you couldn't eat because you had to make weight. It worked for me maybe it will work for you too.

Exactly jbroadbent2! I loaded my locker with 7 varieties of pop. I take one to every class whether it's allowed or not. I wrestled 152 and cut pretty hard. I peak at 179 pretty easily but im around 176. Three dumps a day is the healthy way to live (sorry ladies and Nigel that you had to read that).
