Well, I am sitting here thinking, "who else do I need to say Happy Thanksgiving to? Oh, how about the 10,000 others who can't gorge on food like me."

So Happy Thanksgiving to all in this wonderful community we call Kansas Wrestling.

Shoff

Actually I had tons of turkey today. Some for lunch, some for an afternoon snack, some for dinner, some for a post-dinner snack and I'm pondering having some more right now.

It feels so good to be a fat guy.

are u going 189 or 215. I saw the 189 rankings for 6A and they were like 2 guys ranked....freaking pitiful. u would tear it up at 189.

I'm going 215. I'd have been ranked one or two at 189 to start but I didn't want to cut the weight again. You're right though, it's incredibly weak; the top-ranked kid was only 21-10 I think, which is a far cry from dominant. I watched him and thought I could beat him but oh well. However, I think Ehret from Washburn Rural and Butler from Junction City both have moved up to 189 which makes it quite a bit tougher.

Plus I just want to throw down with Jhris.

hey bret you can eat more, but you'll have to run more! i remmeber back in the dinosaur days when i would be hungry i would have to ask my self, id say, self, i'm hungry!, but am i hungry enough to to lace up the running shoes and run 3-4 miles after i eat? the answer was sometimes yes, and sometimes no.

brett if you fell down and cut your self you would probably bleed cheese burger or pizza!

just kiddin....but seriously when dieting dont eat or drink any thing that comes from a can, including soda, (exception tuna for its high protien content) most everything else has a high amount of sodium which retains water! eat tuna chicken fresh fruit and fresh veggies!

happy dieting! and good luck this season, and say hello to that pork-chop chris p. for me! he knows who he is!

Hey, cutting all that weight killed me, and yeah, by the end of the year I was feeling it. But all I did in the spring was work Freestyle and Greco and now I'm good on my feet, plus I'm a hell of a lot stronger for not cutting the weight.

Dallas,

Like always its a pleasure hearing from u these days. Do u have some hostility towards our new forum scallawag LancerM? And yes indeed, i still have found no one that had the magic those golden wonders did. Shoff, I never saw ur shoes, but im assuming they r inferior to mine in every way.

Mr. Browning,

You're not any good until you accomplish something and when you do that you don't have to go around telling people. They'll tell you.
