Okay. If you read my "I'm Back!!!!" board, you would know that I am getting to wrestle this year. Most of you know that I wrestled 152 this year. My old Coach, Keiswetter who's moved up to Seaman High, told me before he left that he wanted me to wrestle 160 this year cause he thought I could handle it. I've been told that I should stay 152, others have told me 160. I'm taking a weightlifting class all year round, So i'll hopefully be stronger before wrestling season starts.... So What should I do?

I'm trying to find Pink wrestling shoes anyone know where I could get some? I haven't been able to find any. If I dont, I gonna have neon pink shoelaces in my shoes....

What Weight Should I Wrestle this upcoming Season?

Welcome back Scotty. I have been at College and busy so that's why no reply from me.

I do have a pair of pink wrestling shoes... not extremely bright pink but still pink. Let me know what size you wear and I might be able to have them sent to you.

Alex

Good luck this year and I'd wrestle 152 if you can, always wrestle the smallest weight class you can or the best place you have a shot at varsity. Just my opinion.

I am not sure what size they are. I will look next time I go home and see if they will fit you. I will let you know.

Alex

I saw a girl at a college open for men pin a guy in the 157 ofr 165lb class a few years ago in 27 seconds...it was hillarius. As for what to do for you: I know it's typically harder for women to lose weight for many factors including GOD FORBID...That time of the month! So I would say start getting the weight down now while doing the weights that way it will be easier to maintain come season time.
