When do Rankings Come out. For any Classes?

I know the rankings are always a fun and controversial topic, but, the real rankings will come out on the evening of February 28, 2004. Nobody can argue about those rankings.

Um, actually the real rankings will come out sometime around November 15th, after the KWCA meeting in Salina. After that, there will be more real rankings two weeks into the season. After those real rankings, more real rankings will follow on a bi-weekly basis until the rankers get tired and decide to hold a state tournament to eliminate all rankings. Once the state tournament is held, there will be one final set of real rankings, and the top six will be given medals.
