To qualify for the Kansas Collegiate wrestler of the year do you have to be out of college for at least 5 years...(example from this year 5 years ago in 1998 Bo Maynes and Brandon Pfizameir graduated High School) I was curious becuase I thought it was a great disservice not to have Augusta's Shawn Silvis 2002-D2 National Champion considered for the list as well as Chris Saferite who was the National Runner Up in D2 as well...any clear cut answers on the matter?
