Who would win between Gardner and Baldrigde, if they both end up at the same weight class?

Gardner beat Baldridge 9-3 last year at Hays.

No disrespect towards Tanner, he's a great wrestler. But I seen that match last year, Baldridge wrestled him has a freshman, an you could tell he was being to cautiuos. Tanner got up on him in the first 3 minutes. But by the time the 3rd period rolled around, it was everything Tanner could to stay off his back. I know Baldridge wants another shot at him. I'm not saying Baldridge should have beat him, but I'd love to see them wrestle again.

Tanner was doing everything he could to stay off his back? I don't think that's a very fair statement. He was never close to going to his back, and almost got away a number of times. Anyway, why try much when you have a 9-3 lead in the 3rd period? Gardner wrestled a great and smart match, as did Baldridge. I think it would/will be a good match this year.

Generally the winner is the one with the most points, or the wrestler who has pinned the opponent. So to answer the question of who would win? The wrestler with the most points, of the wrestler who pinned his opponent.
I would pick Tanner. Let's let the werstling decide, rather than prognosticate.
