from the kansas city area Blue Valley North has to be one of the biggest suprises and most improved teams so far from around this area, they place 3rd at the Johnson County Classic behind only STA and Blue Valley, thats pretty darn good, what are some other suprise teams at this point into the season

CAN I BE A STATE CHAMP?.....uh?

Andale looks really good so far this year. They have a really good freshmen class.

Aren't you from Blue Valley North "all-year54 215 26"? You talk about them all the time. And if you are would that make you Spencer Curran? Just curious.

lancerM it seems as if you are on top of things at this forum and your judgement may be correct, but Blue Valley North has come from out of no where as one of the top teams in johnson county

p.s. 'i remember your brief introduction to me'

Fair enough. Good luck this year, it looks like you shouldn't have any trouble on this half of the state.

I think the Hoxie Indians...yes, the HOXIE INDIANS are a surprise team thus far. They lost arguably the best senior bunch in Hoxie history. We knew Baker, Farber, Schamberger and Erwin would be good, but they've had some younger wrestlers step up and do well. They won't win State or probably even compete for a State title, but if they qualify 6-7 kids, I'd say that's excellent.
