i will typically stay out of most of the brackets with my opinion but the idea of Zousas not beating his first opponent shocks me.....now he does have a tough route to the finals, but I still give him the nod of being in the finals, possibly against Schippers/Terrel.

For one you must be crazy if you think Sultani would win the whole thing, especially pin everyone. Considering Terrell beat Sultani at Prarie View 11-0, I think 2 years ago. My guess is Zouzas and Terrell in the finals. Don't know anything about Zouzas so I don't know who would win that match.

Hill beat Terrel last year at Derby, and Zousas would be both of them.
1st-Zousas 2nd-Hill 3rd-Terrel

Terrell scored almost all his points in the 3rd period, because Hill was breaking, then the clock messed up, and took a good 3 min. to fix, and gave Hill a big break, he won by 2. If it wasn't for that break Terrell would have had it won, it was a very close match though. If they meet up next year Terrell will most deffinitely win.

Terrell is not going to lose to Hill again. There's absolutely no possibility of that. Terrell mopped the floor with his kid in the state finals and he just keeps getting better and better. He's more dedicated and more talented than Sequoia. I'm not taking anything away from Hill, he's a great wrestler too. But, his mentality and level are dedication are questionable. As for a match with Zouzas, I don't know who would win. All I would say is that it would be close and could easily go either way. Since Terrell and him have never wrestled before, it's just a guessing game. But for sure, Terrell over Hill any day.

Going by what they have done so far in High School you would go: Zouzas, Hill then Terrell.
As for the clock issue, Terrell shouldn't have been behind that much in the first place. Hill wrestled a good match and was ahead of Terrell 10-3 before Terrell finally adjusted to what Hill was doing. Final score 12-10, if Terrell adjusts quicker he wouldn't have to worry about the clock. Hill beat him fair and square.
Zouzas has only wrestled Terrell once and Terrell won, but that was years ago in Jr. League and doesn't matter now.
If they are all the same weight this year, Hill & Terrell will meet at Derby - Hill & Zouzas at Newton - Zouzas & Terrell at the Senior Classic.
Hopefully they will all go to the Senior Nationals in Ohio after the season (Terrell is going). None of them are ranked nationally (I think Zouzas should be - 2nd, 1st, 1st) but I think they could do very well at that Tournament.

i know that free/greco is not an absolute sign of being better, but zouzas is an all-american in one of those styles. I say he has a good chance of winning it all.
and by the way, I apologize for saying first period pins in all the matches for SULTANI. He would probably just tech the guy in the finals!!!!!

Rocknraider, either you are Sultani or a close personal friend, b/c there's no way Sultani would hang with half the people in that bracket, let alone pin/tech fall everyone. Sorry, but it's just not going to happen.

I belive rocknraider is Sultani or his friend, however they are just kidding around, don't take everything on her too serious!
I also thought that Terell would beat Hill last year at Derby, but he didn't. Maybe he will next year. But you have to go off of who has recently won between the two.
As far as being ranked in the Nation, Zousas was ranked 11th last year, and will probably be ranked again this year.

Sorry, I didn't mean to sound so serious. I realize that Hill did beat Terrell, but it was so close. It was also a screwed up match b/c of the three minutes or so it took to fix the clock in the third period. I know how well-trained and conditioned Rose Hill wrestlers are and the third period is often their most effective one. The fact that Hill had all that downtime during the third didn't hurt his chances of victory. My call: next time we see Hill vs. Terrell, expect a great match with Terrell moving on.

Zouzas and Terrell in the finals would be my guess. There would be some wicked good matches in there though.
Oh snap.
