I THINK WILDERMAN (PITT) VS. BOWMAN (COL)
WAS A GOOD MATCH. 3-1 WILDERMAN IN OT.
CLOSE SCORE, BUT IT LOOKED LIKE, TO ME, THAT
WILDERMAN WAS IN CONTROL THE WHOLE WAY. OTHER
THAN THAT THERE WEREN'T TOO MANY MATCHES THAT
WERE BETWEEN EQUAL OPPONENTS. COLUMBUS LOOKED
VERY GOOD AS A TEAM, INDY LOOKED A LITTLE DOWN,
BUT HAS POTENTIAL, AND PITTSBURG NEEDS SOME HELP
IN THE MIDDLE WEIGHTS.

YES, COMACHO DID BETTER THAN I EXPECTED.
ANY WORD ON WHY BOWMAN DIDN'T WRESTLE HIM
IN THE DUAL WITH INDY? ALSO WHAT WEIGHT WAS
THE TREVOR TOW MATCH? WAS IT 160?

Right...which from where I was sitting was the reason that Wilderman was in control as he was. There was some pretty hard Bowman head/mat contact from the feet early in the first period. Not an illegal slam, just one of those things.

Not to take anything from Wilderman, heck of a good kid. But Bowman was a little sluggish after that.

Jumping around a little. 125-130-135. Freshman trying to find his niche on the team. He tried to go down to 125 earlier in the year, but it was just too much weight to cut. He was supposed to go to Bishop-Carroll tourney at 125, missed weight by 1/2 lb. (groan!!) and got left behind.

Wrestled 130 at Chanute tonight one dual, as Camacho went to 135 for that one, then back down to 130. Bryan wrestled 130 JV 2 other matches, went 3-0 on the night.
