i think i figured out why u suck on ur feet so much, sounds like u know all these moves and u practice all these moves but it helps if u get one move down good before u learn all the others.
You must be a magician cuz ur nuttin but a trick.

The problem a lot of coaches have with the head-and-arm is it is a risk/reward, low percentage move. Plus, most kids don't throw it right and post on the way down.
I just spent a week in Ames at the WTT and can honestly say, I did not see one, head-and-arm. I wonder why?
If SETUP properly and finished properly it can be a great move. A lot of guys in Kansas throw a sagging or sit through head and arm.
Are you making a POSITIVE difference in the life of kids?

Yeah that's true. I like doing just double leg and head&arm, mostly anyway. I do like to change up sometimes though. But if I'm in an actual match and not just playin around then I will stick with what I know.

Yeah I do love to do head-and-arm but like you said it can screw you up. If I am up against one of those guys who dosen't try to do anything but just sits there(which is very rare but every now and then I will come across one or two) then I might try to pull it out. I also love to get the guy tons of airtime while doin it too. But like I said I'm kinda new and yall probably know more about this stuff than me.

The flying butt scissors is probably our top notch top secret move in Kansas. You won't see it hit out of state due to you not knowing the secret handshake. However, if you reach 100 posts by the 4th of July, the committee will vote on sending you a copy of the video showing the FBS.

I was always a big fan of the "over-under". it prolly has another name but that is what i grew up with. It works real well if you do it when u do it near the end of the match. My coach siad that the only way he would accept me doing the move in a match was if i could do it to him..so .. threw him 3 time in one match. so it does work if you're able to get it down.
