I know we started this thread in Abilene Cowboys, but I wanted to get others opinions too. I wasn't sure if everyone would check out that subject heading. I am aware how difficult Newton is, and have heard (never experienced) the difficulty at Bashor. I would definitely put those two in the top 5. Looking at Rosehill though, I would agree with CoachJT. If you win it, your team is going to have to be extremely tough. Any others want to speak up for their tournaments? This was not meant to include dual tourneys, but I would enjoy seeing those opinions expressed too.

I would have to say that garden city's should be in the top 5. It is a very large and very hard tournament.

I would rank the Circle tournament as #1.

A couple of tough ones we see are the Eagle Invitational Dual Tourney in Colby ----Teams like Colby, Oakley, Hoxie, Garden City, Santa Fe Trail, Two quality Denver Schools (Lakewood and Chapparel), Oberlin, Wray (Co), Scott City, Atwood, Shawnee Heights, Kapaun Mt. Carmel (just to name a few as there are 19 teams total- probably forgot someone else that is good??)---- and the Beloit Tourney is pretty tough on a yearly basis as well.

Johnson County Classic is no Newton Inv. but does deserve a little respect.
