Does anyone have a scoring sheet that they have made up? For individual as well as team. This year I would like to keep track of my son's matches as well as other kids in his bracket and the club. Would buying a score book be the better way to go?

We have a binder and a hole punch that goes with us to every tournament. We buy a bracket or have blanks and write them in ourselves.We write the score in under the match and now we have a record for years to come.
