I went from 230 during football to 189 this season and I'm still fat.

That dude from Subway was quite committed. I don't think I could eat those nasty veggie subs everyday. I'm surprised he didn't die from malnourishment. He's almost too skinny now. Needs some red meat.

This won't qualify, because it was unintentional, but I lost 35 lbs in 1 1/2 weeks once from a gall bladder attack. mwuuhaahaahaa!!

I started this year at about 335 and now im between 265 and 270

I lost 15 in a day before Nationals, then won it. Cutting weight sucks, maybe that's why I'm so fat now.

One of my teammates lost 16 overnight. He ran during practice, stayed up all night spitting into a cup, and still had two pounds to go before running it off. He wrestled like crap that day though.

Andy Loos went from 130 to 103 his sophmore year. Junior year he wrestled 119 now he wrestles 145.

Lightest heaveyweight award goes to Jesse Gray of Bishop Carroll. He weighs 193 after drinking 4 pounds of gatorade in the morning.

Actually you are very close, he lost to Henry, Clay Henry in the finals, it went into ot though.
