I know its a little early. Who do you think will make the kansas team this year? And any comments on the missouri team wouldn't hurt anyone either.

ENJOY!!!

I know they aren't necessarily "Metro," but let's just send Hoxie.

Hey guy! I think that from Olathe, Venegas will go from North Sielert will go from South and Wright will go from East. That's a pretty good showing from the Olathe Schools.

By the way, isn't it just seniors that go to the Classic?

I think the kansas senior class is weak this year. Alot of our best wreslers are underclassmen.

ENJOY!!!

I agree, especially in the KC area, Bogart, Venegas, and McCormick should do well!!

they'll probably have corey wright wrestle 103 and the others drop a weight class just like last yr. I say this because last yr at the metro classic, ball went 103, hindeliter went 112, trullinger went 119 and so on...

And i disagree with that lineup being weak. Im sure there will be changes, but that is a pretty solid kansas roster if u ask me.

In the past, the Metro has definitely included Lawrence and Topeka. The lineup has even drawn from Ft. Scott and Effingham. Also remember, they get 7 pounds at weigh-in!

103: ??? Unless a 12-pounder can drop
112: Gardner/SHeights
119: Patton/Wellsville or Waters/Lansing
125: McCormick/BVN or Lambotte/Rossville
130: Miller/SME or Burdick/SMN
135: Sultani/SMS or Flamez/Turner
140: Bogart/SMS or Allison/Ft. Scott
145: Ecker/SME or Miller/Seaman
152: Ibarra/STA or Buck/BL
160: Madill/Lawr or Medill/Lans or Hart/SHeights
171: Konrath/STA or Demarest/Lansing
189: McGovern/FS or Pingleton/MV or Lyons/Eff 215: Crosson/SH or Steinbach/Lawr or Paxton/Eud
275: Venegas/ON or Grant/Eudora

I would sure like to fit Matt Pyle in there somewhere!! I think there are some decent kids to pick from. But I am sure I left someone off.

And why did you pick Washington over Pingleton? I think Pingleton is undefeated, and also how would even consider Manhattan as metro? Also, has Konrath beat Frank, because I've seen both wrestle, and they are both good, but i was far more impressed by Frank?

What is the date of this year's Classic?

Hopefully they will match Stewart Bogart (SMS/Oregon) and Cale Griffin (Cameron/UNI) together.

This years Metro is on the 11th of March.

Miller is from Topeka not Manhattan! And I believe Nathan Payne is just a junior.
