I'm just curious as to how many weight classes a wrestler can actually wrestle up in competition. I've heard that if you weigh your normal weight class, but you end up wrestling up 2 weight classes you break certification, but I'm not sure if the guy who told me that was lying or not. I'd just like to know what the limit is for wrestling up according to high school rules. How many weight classes up from your normal weigh class is too much?
