2nd Annual Wellington Old Timers Tournament is April 2nd 2005!!

I'm curious, how do these old-timers tourneys work? Can someone out of high school for two years participate? How much does it cost to enroll? How are they seeded? Are singlets required? If so, will I still look dashing in one?
