I'm a has been coach that has transitioned to the dark side. I'm now an assistant principal that moonlights as a wrestling official. I am also the founder of the CKTEC (Central Kansas Taco Eating Championships). Our second annual competition is being set up right now. Of course, it will be held at the great Taco Shop once again.
