can a jv wrestle in regionals now. because 13 yrs ago when i was a sophmore me and a junior shared a varsity spot all yr. beating each other out all most every other week or 2 weeks if i remember right but because he was varsity the last week before regionals i didn't even get to challenge for the shot at regionals.
