Really, it seems to me that you started off. This was at the bottom of your original post that introduced the topic:
321A 8 = 3.5% of qualifiers have losing records
4A 5 = 2.2% of qualifiers have losing records
5A 25 = 11.1% of qualifiers have losing records
6A 32 = 14.2% of qualifiers have losing records
So "Best" Class in '06-'07
