Preston may wrestle up an age group all year, but he will usually go w/ his actual age group come state. That's his call though. He would dominate either age division at 96 lbs.
Actually he has been beaten twice at 12 and under by Tyler Dulaney, if my memory is right.Not to take anything away from him,but to say he would dominate might be a bit of an overstatement.
I am not sure what he placed, but he didn't win it. I talked to his dad at matside and he lost his first match. He also did not go to Dixie Nationals in Atlanta so it's impossible for him to win the americas crown and he is not in the lead for the dominator award.
He is a great kid, but he did not win 1st this weekend.
