I was just wondering how tall your son's are. Are they really developing, or is their body weight made up mostly of muscle mass or are they a little on the overweight side. Sometimes I don't think a 10 year old can make a good decision about losing 3 to 5 lbs to stay in a weight class or moving up to the next weight class and being able to gain another 20 lbs. My wrestler is 14 and under and wrestles at 100 lbs. We have gotten killed this year because he has not developed the muscle mass that the other boys have. (He is only 13) Right now he is weighing 96/97 lbs. The extra 2 lbs will come off of him when we cut out the candy and pop. I would imaging that 5 or 6 lbs would come off of your sons pretty easily by maybe just doing that. I am not suggesting that your kids eat to much, please don't get me wrong. But just a small change in diet can produce big results if you just give it a try.
