As stated on these forums by many others, Richard has a difficult time assimilating in a civil manner.
Guilty as charged! I blame this on the middle son syndrome. Sadly, in a family of seven (7), someone had to fight with big brother for the last piece of chicken fried steak. The weak go hungry!
As soon as he perceives a personal issue with someone, he will doggedly pursue that stance to the point of being offensive.
