Coaches Hospitality - BCS (breakfast championship series) & the LCS(lunch championship series) have Paola ranked #1 in the early polls. The breakfast started off with a bang ranking 10 out of ten beacuse meatballs were served with biscuits and gravy, cookies and donuts. Meat is a very key component in the BCS & LCS rating system. Lunch got a ten also with meat balls, sloppy joes, chili, donuts, cookies. Meatball sauce on a chocolate chip cookies is a new combination that everybody should try. Good job at the tournament guys.
