Ok, here comes the picture...the state body needs someone to bring it up in October...someone needs to second it...and then the state body (every sanctioned club) needs to vote and approve it.
Hopefully this will happen before everyone leaves the meeting!! Out of curiousity, when this was voted on in the past, were half the clubs gone?
