Wrestlers who have NOT yet earned 10 medals in their wrestling career with at least six in the bracket (self included) to count, and have NOT placed first or second in an open tournament with at least six in the bracket (self included), No matter how many years of wrestling. If you have earned 10 medals in your first year you are NOT eligible for this event!
