you also need to remember that some are not worth a free meal, so book them in advance to get the ones that are.Do your homework and watch them at torny's see how they do and ask questions.Don't get a reff that wants to show you how powerful HE is and HE can do what ever HE wants and HE dont have to work with the coach if HE dont want to.There are a lot of good reff's out there but there are alot of bad ones to.So pay the good ones well and dont hire the bad ones
