I substitute oven roasted turkey slices on whole wheat tortilla, gogurts and sugar free koolaid. All the fruit and and crisp veggies he wants with meals. Add in the extra practices this time of the year and my rule of a two mile run before a day of xbox360. He is 7 and loves the lifestyle.
