Is this the same Bo that lives around the Tonganoxie area? If it is, I would hope his family would give Coach Goebel a shot. Coach Goebel is a great coach that works his butt off and he is turning around a program that had absolutely nothing before he arrived. I have been around Bo and his family and they seem like a great family, but I just hate to see families take their kids somewhere else and look for a better pasture.

I don't know many people that work harder than Coach Goebel and if he finds out they are, he will find a way to outwork them eventually.

This is the same Bo that lives in between Tonganoxie and Lansing. We have nothing but respect for Coach Goebel and his program. If fact Bo is the only kid I know of that wrote Coach Goebel when he was called up with the national guard. Bo going to Lansing has nothing to do with liking to not liking Coach Goebel or giving him a try. We think Coach Goebel is great and wish him the best of luck. However, Bo has chosen to be with the kids he wrestles with year round in Lansing. He has wrestled with Spencer Blew, Dillon Scanlon, and Tyler Baughman for years. In fact Spencer, Tyler and Bo wrestled together all summer long last summer.

We wish the Tongie program well, in fact several of the kids they will be getting in as freshman in the next several years I coached in the kids program and wish them the best of luck. We feel we did our part to help the Tongie kids program for several years. Bo is where he needs to be as well, with his friends that he travels with throughout the year. We wish Tonganoxie the best of luck and hope that people can respect Bo's right to be where he feels he will be the happiest. (with his friends)

Mr. Pursel,

No disrespect and I do definitely respect Bo's descision. I wish him the best of luck and I'm glad to hear your support for Coach Goebel and the Tonganoxie program. They will sure miss Bo. He is a great talent and I truly wish him the best. Good luck to Bo and your family.
