District 1's Standing rules states 10) District 1 qualifying tournaments Mandates the following weigh-in times: Sub District & District tournaments Friday weigh-in 6:00p-8pm sat weigh-in 6;30-7:30am So which is it? and if a wrestler shows up at 7:02 will he be told to come back in the morning?
