I like reading these threads. There's too much bad stuff on the news, and too many dumb reality shows on tv. I COME here for the comic relief! On_the_mat, you NEED to CHILL OUT! Stop trying to make people feel guilty for what they post. I know "Big Brother is watching", but when someone starts telling me (or others) what to say or where to say it... well, last time I checked, my address was still in the USA. If you really don't like what's being said then (to quote someone else in these forums) Just don't go there. And to all you comedians on here: LOVE it, keep it up!

While I was not mentioned, I assume I am among the offending members, and I apologize.
Several years ago, my son became a pretty good wrestler and made it to state. He's never been one of those kids that's a "lock" to go back, but every year he has a chance and that is what's nerve wracking. It builds up a lot of nervous energy for everyone.
Different people disperse the nervous energy in different ways.
Some take it out on the kids. Not for me.
Some get on here asking who's tough and researching results back to and including the parents of the kids in their bracket. I have done this also, but I find it usually makes me more nervous.
Some get cranky and come here to vent about all things. Refs, bathrooms, facilities, concessions, etc. I like that also. Who doesn't?
I have found what I most enjoy and what helps me the most is to think about other stuff, and to share some stupidity with others of the same mind. It has resulted in many posts which are not Pulitzer Prize winning material. I never really thought about cluttering up the forum, and I apologize if I have. I also apologize to the moderators if I have worn them out with ridiculousness. I know some threads have gotten long.
This is my son's last year of kids wrestling. He still has some high school wrestling to do so I'll be around the message board I'm sure, but this time of year will no longer make me sick. Except for allergies and Lyme disease.
I probably won't change much for my last week, so I apologize in advance for more stupidity.
Good luck to everyone this week and God bless.
