Another great night on Tuesday evening. Wrestlers worked on a fireman's carry series for 20 minutes. Then had 50 minutes of live wrestling in different takedown competitions/games.

Any wrestlers that would like to attend the final 3 nights can for only $25. You will also get a SEK Takedown League T-Shirt.

It is exciting to see a room full of state qualifiers and state placers working to get better in the summer time!!
