I am finally back on line in Chapman. I appreciate all of your thoughts and prayers over the past few days. The chapman Wrestkling room was pretty much destroyed at our district gym. Zac and I were allowed to go in and try to salvage what we coul;d luckily most of our mats had been rolled up and stored so the baseball team could hang their batting nets up to use after our wrestling season.

I was told by our AD that the district Gym will be repaired, infact today they cleared the debris from our practice area and repaired the roof. Tomorrow there will a meeting of the School board and Administrators to determine the extent of the total damage of all of our schools.

Personally, my house was spared and my family is save. Zac was in Manhattan, but he was also save for the damaged there.

I want to thank everyone that came to Chapman to help with the clean up. I would like to express my graditude to the Abilene Students that came over to help. If though we may be rivals on the play field or the wrestling mat, it is great to have friends to lend a helping hand.

I have received many calls from my wrestling family and now I see I had several emails also. Thnak you again for all of your thoughts and prayers. Chapman will be back and I plan to have several wrestlers had the state tournment next year.
