Any club with an established email (one that has been previously recorded as an official email address by the club for administrative purposes) can contact Kathy at kathyjuby@usawks.com to get their club's membership spreadsheet, which includes the logon information.

Clarification: The information I'm providing here is for those coaches and/or clubs who need or want to start on their registrations earlier than normal. I don't want anyone to feel that changes were being made without giving full explanations to all of the clubs of what those changes are. We plan on providing detailed information for clubs and directors in the packets we typically prepare for distribution to them at their respective district meetings. Although we are significantly changing how registrations are being handled at the state level, both for athletes and coaches, the timing for providing membership information to the clubs has not changed.
